Allegro Senior Living, LLC, a St. Louis based company specializing in the development and operation of luxury senior housing communities throughout Florida, announces the groundbreaking for their eighth Allegro community which took place on Thursday, June 30 in the prestigious Abacoa area of Jupiter. Attendees included the Mayor of Jupiter and other officials from Jupiter and Abacoa and principals of Allegro Senior Living, LLC.
Located on a 7 acre site near the intersection of Central Boulevard and Indian Creek Parkway in Jupiter, FL, Allegro is adjacent to a large natural area of lush greenery and diverse wildlife. Residents will enjoy an expansive, serene backyard. The community will contain 143 units with a total of 175,000 square feet of independent residences and amenities all designed to satisfy the needs and desires of the residents. A portion of Allegro will be devoted to supportive living services should the need for assisted living or memory support arise. First occupancy is scheduled for early fall 2012. Architectural design is provided by PQH Architects, based in Jacksonville. Construction services are being provided by Elkins Constructors, Inc. also based in Jacksonville.
Allegro will evoke an intimate boutique hotel experience, with other features including a specially designed spa as well as the latest in theater and wellness opportunities. The property will provide luxury accommodations, elegant dining options, concierge service, 24-hour staffing and an active social program. When fully occupied, Allegro anticipates creating 85 full and part-time jobs with an annual payroll over $2,000,000.
