Jupiter, Florida - July 2010
The Town of Jupiter has given final zoning approval for the Allegro at Abacoa, an exceptional senior living community coming to the Jupiter/Palm Beach County area. Located in the prestigious Abacoa area at the intersection of Indian Creek Parkway and Central Boulevard, the 140 unit development is crafted to provide state‐of‐the‐art living for seniors.
While primarily catering to independent residents, separate wings of the Allegro are designed to accommodate aging‐in‐place for residents whose dignity and independence are best served with the availability of assisted living or memory care services. The Allegro will offer premier living for active seniors, with a full array of options including studio, one and two bedroom residences, many with screened balconies, spacious walk‐in closets, and granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms.
Opening in 2011, the Allegro will evoke an intimate boutique hotel experience with personalized services and features that include elegant dining options, transportation service, an active social program, and the latest in theater and wellness opportunities.
The Allegro at Abacoa is completing design and is scheduled to begin construction in the fall of 2010 with first occupancy in summer 2011. This will be the eighth senior living community operated by Hallmark Senior Housing; a St. Louis based company specializing in the development and operation of premier senior housing and assisted living communities.
