Allegro Senior Living Grows with Newest Development Opening in Jupiter, Florida

Allegro Senior Living, LLC, a St. Louis based company specializing in the development and operation of luxury senior housing communities throughout Florida, announces the opening of their eighth Allegro community in the prestigious Abacoa area of Jupiter, Florida just north of West Palm Beach.

Allegro is adjacent to a large natural area of lush greenery and diverse wildlife and residents will enjoy an expansive, serene backyard. The community contains 145 units with a total of 175,000 square feet of independent residences and amenities all designed to satisfy the needs and desires of the residents. A portion of Allegro is devoted to supportive living services should the need for assisted living or memory support arise. Architectural design was provided by PQH Architects, based in Jacksonville. Construction services were provided by Elkins Constructors, Inc. also based in Jacksonville.

Allegro offers 79 Independent Living residences, 42 Assisted Living residences and 24 Memory Care residences in a unique residential setting. Independent Living floor plan options range from studio to two bedrooms with full kitchens, walk-in closets, and a washer and dryer in each apartment. Most Independent Living floor plans offer a screened patio or balcony.

Design features include an atrium with grand staircase showcasing the multiple levels of the community. This community also boasts elegantly appointed common areas, a formal dining room, Café, Bistro, stadium theater, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor lap pool and a spa complete with dry sauna and steam room. The property provides luxury accommodation with elegant dining options, concierge service, 24-hour staffing and an active social program. When fully occupied, Allegro anticipates creating 85 full and part-time jobs.
