Land Purchased For Luxury Senior Housing Community Coming To Jupiter

Jupiter, Florida - December 17, 2009

Hallmark Senior Housing, a St. Louis company specializing in the development of luxury senior living, finalized plans to purchase a 7 acre site in the Abacoa neighborhood of Jupiter. The purchase of the site closed on November 23 and the development is scheduled to begin construction in summer 2010.

Located at the intersection of Indian Creek Parkway and Central Boulevard in the prestigious Abacoa neighborhood, the 140 unit development is crafted to provide state-of-the-art living for seniors. Design of the Allegro at Abacoa is near completion with an anticipated first occupancy in summer 2011.

The three-story community is described by Hallmark Principle Richard Miller as upscale country club living for seniors. The Allegro will offer premier living for active seniors, with a full array of options including studio, one and two bedroom residences, many with screened balconies, spacious walk-in closets, and granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms.

"We look forward to becoming part of this prestigious Abacoa community in Jupiter," says Miller. The Allegro will have a unique Mediterranean design and will evoke an intimate boutique hotel experience with personalized services and features that include elegant dining options, transportation service, an active social program, and the latest in theater and wellness opportunities.

This will be the eighth Allegro community operated by Hallmark Senior Housing. For more information on The Allegro at Abacoa and other Allegro communities, visit www.theallegro.com.
